How a test is priced

Pricing is based mainly on how many separate areas or floor types you want tested, plus where you are in Gloucestershire. We give you one fixed figure up front, so you know exactly what it’ll cost before we book anything — no obligation either way.

What affects the figure

• Number of areas — one wet room is very different from a whole building
• Floor types — different surfaces may need different sliders and readings
• Location — where you are across Gloucestershire
• Re-tests — a smaller follow-up after any remedial work

What you get for it

• A UKAS-accredited pendulum test, wet and dry, of every area agreed
• A Pendulum Test Value for each, with a clear safe / borderline / fail verdict
• A plain-English report in 2–3 working days you can hand to anyone
